Sue's Journey Back to Health

This is Ding checking in. We have narrowed the dates for grandma's 100th birthday party to either next Memorial Day or the weekend after. Please contact Mama or Auntie with your preference. I don't mean to be critical of my elders, but they were supposed to have posted this in their last post. They have a history of gambling away large sums of money to Shirleys family. Perhaps our party has been canceled due to this transfer of funds. It wouldn't surprise me now if the Fontenot's were having a family renunion next year.....If only they would have accepted Uncle Pete's credit card.

Ding has hit the nail on the head. We ALWAYS lose when we play poker with Loretta, and we lose even bigger when her husband is in the game. However, this visit we didn't play any cards at all so the Mississippi Gambler didn't take any of our money. However, this doesn't mean we won't be needing Pete's credit card for the big birthday bash next year.

Must tell you that Pete's credit card is maxed out and we are accepting donations to bring it out of hock. No amount is too small, anything will be much appreciated.Donations are tax exempt to the fullest amount allowable by law!

Too, too bad about Pete's credit card. Can Joe make a donation on his own card?

Soon as Joe gets the refund for the
free refrigerator (The one Pete said is free if it is replaced every 7 years) he might be in a position to make a contribution!

any money that Joe saved on the refrigerator goes into the same rathole that has the same stash that has the money that he made in 1952 when he worked in Peo felin's grocery!
