After Joe Felin received the "Man of the Year" Award from the St. Louis Railway Club last month, we've heard laments from many who could not be there. Just recently Brother Pete told that had he known what a big deal the award was, he and Janet would certainly have come here for it.

That evening I took along my little digital Olympus recorder and captured much of the audio--the introduction of Joe and Joe's speech. I am only sorry that I failed to capture the invocation in which a man who had known Joe a long time perfectly captured Joe's essence in his prayer.
