We got to the Mayo Clinic early this morning to sort out insurance issues. Some Blue Choice coverage of various tests was still a question, but Catrina tackled the problem. She called just now to say the Blue Choice representative, Amber, had called her back to tell her that all the testing is covered.

The tests this morning were simple--one was to assess my general level of functioning to establish a quantitative baseline and the other to test my lung functioning. We were back in the room by 11:00 am and are packing and readying to head east.

Rose changed our returning Southwest Airlines reservations so many times that she was embarrassed to do it a fourth time, so she made me do it. We are scheduled out of here at 4:05 pm, arriving in St. Louis at 9:25 pm. We have some time to kill so we'll check out of here, have some lunch, turn in our car, and go to the gate.

Margaret called a bit ago. She was sitting on a park bench on Main Street in St. Charles, eating horehound candy, waiting for Norm and their out-of-towners to finish shopping. They are having a good time.

Den left here to return to Chicago this morning at 8:45. He will be back in Chicago before we leave this area.
