First in the news is that tomorrow, October 23, is Rose's birthday. She never thought she would be glad to reach 65 but now that she is eligible for Medicare, the pain of being the 'over 65' age eases.

Chris and Shelly went to Louisville this weekend for a marathon. Chris ran the 26 miles and Shelly ran the half marathon. Both finished in good time and, I'm sure, are quite proud pf themselves. Chris hardly walked fast as a child so he has definitely picked up speed.
